  • Job Description

    - Report to Mechanical Department Manager
    - Responsible to ensure proper maintenance plan development and execution of maintenance services on all machines and supporting utility machinery to achieve Production and Business Excellence
    - To establish and upkeep Preventive Maintenance policies and Work Instructions and records in the QMS system for
    standardization
    - To ensure compliance to Internal Quality Management System, Occupational Safety and Health Act 1994 and Factories
    and Machinery Act 1967 and other relevant regulations at all time
    - Work with and support Maintenance Managers on investigation, modification, restoration and report preparation
    - Liaise with equipment vendors and spare parts suppliers continuously to develop new methods to achieve low cost
    maintenance system and cost excellence
    - Provide training for technicians to perform high efficiency on job
    - To coordinate for the design and execution of piping work, mechanical equipment expediting (boiler, chiller and tanks)
    - Monthly presentation to Managing Director

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Language : English, Chinese
    - Education Background : Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
    - Skill :
    > Candidate must possess AutoCAD skill in drawing and interpreting diagram
    > Power Point Skill (monthly presentation to MD)
    - Experience :
    > Fresh graduate with enthusiasm is encouraged to apply
    > 1 ~ 3 years of experience in Mechanical Maintenance
    - Certification : N/A
    - Age : 23 ~ 35
    - Others : N/A
