Job Description
Purchasing Sourcing for items in various platforms or channels Identifying reliable suppliers/vendors Comparing & evaluating offers from suppliers and price negotiations Perform all purchasing related administrative & coordination duties Track orders and coordinate item delivery to target locations Managing budgets and payments Center/Office Setup, Renovation & Relocation Search & identify location Liaise with contractors, various construction services providers, property agents, governing bodies, etc. Ensure compliance to the regulations & criterias of the governing bodies Plan & execute the following processes (not limited to) in line with Company and regulatory requirements: Interior Design Floor Plan Layout Electrical & ICT Planning License Application & Renewals General admin work eg. ensure proper documentation, records and filling, tracking, reporting, etc
