  • Job Description

    - Report to Managing Director
    - Oversee the finance and accounting functionality (GL, AP, AR, bookkeeping, financial report) of the company

    <MAIN RESPONSIBILITY / TASKS>
    1. Company Insurance
    - Any Insurance policies for company and review the sum ­insured amount by monthly basis
    - Proposed type of insurance coverage for any additional projecting/equipment investment
    2. Personal income taxes for Japanese Expatriate
    - Monthly Standard Tax deduction calculation
    - Yearly Tax submit worksheet prepared for tax agent included any benefit in­ kind
    - Internal SBO System flow/Management Flow
    - Managed for the System operation flow and result investigation
    - Design work flow and re-­construct for new operation flow
    - Assist and train the user for the data improvement
    - Inventory check and usage result
    4. Management flow
    - Guide and manage for the operation flow for the improvement
    - Investigate for any problem incurred effect to company performance
    - Cost saving management and result investigation
    - Assist other department for any problem occurred

    <OTHER RESPONSIBILITY / SECONDARY FUNCTION>
    - Profit Result investigation, analysis result and counter measured plan for the related department
    - Inventory report for Seremban Factory
    - To maintain 5's at working area

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Language : Chinese, English, Bahasa Malaysia
    - Education Background : Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent
    - Experience : At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position, prior experience in a manufacturing factory, preferred candidate with experience in SBO or UBS System
    - Age : 28 ~ 42
    - Required Skills :
    > Microsoft Office
    > Good Communication and negotiation skill with the suppliers
    > Good communication skills and ability to interact with other departments and also the customers
    > Good interpersonal and report writing skills
    - Certificate :
    > At least LCCI holder
    > Candidate with ACCA, MIA membership has priority
    - Others :
    > Able to work independently
    > Applicants must be willing to work in Nibong Tebal
