  -This company provide Parts of molding to Japanese clients such as Panasonic, Hitachi, Canon
  -it is using by airplane, medical machine parts
  -After make product in their company export to Japanese clients in Japan(70%) Singapore(10%)and Malaysia(20%)
  -At the moment, they dont have Japanese speaker as a sales, only MD is Japanese Speaker (Chinese male)
  -employees are mainly Chinese and Indian
  -Report to MD directly
  -Sale for Japanese clients(new clients 70% and existing clients 30%)
  -Cold calling, visiting clients and introduce from existing clients
