  • Job Description

    The main role of the cloud engineer is to implement and maintain the cloud system, both Public and Private, and to handle system troubles including specifying troubles, and escalate related vendors.

    • Design, Install and maintain cloud environment, both public and private.
    • Identifies, diagnoses, solves IT infrastructure related troubles.
    • Handle change requests based on change management process provided by the company.
    • Handle issues based on server / network operation design provided by the company.
    • Work as a presales for cloud / hosting system
    • Create operation design (operation flow manuals) for new customers
    • Analyses logs from server / network devices
    • Advice about server & network matters to colleagues and customers, when they request.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    Language: English (Mandarin and Japanese is an added advantage)

    Education Background:
    -At least a university degree, or equivalent

    Experience:
    -Minimum 3 years of experience in IT infra implementation and administration or similar field: system trouble shooting, operation and maintenance of the system

    Required Skills:
    -Basic knowledge of ITIL.
    -Strong technical background of server virtualization.
    -Strong technical background of public cloud (Amazon AWS, Windows Azure)

    Certificate:
    - VMware Certified Professional
    - AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Professional

    Age: 25-38
    Gender:Open

    Others:
    - Willingness to learn new technologies
    - Work non-business hours will be required in case of system failure.
    - Commute to Cyberjaya
    - Have a strong analytical mind in resolving problems and solution development
    - Good interpersonal skills
