Summary:Support in promoting and selling a range of Decorative products to new/existing customers by using sales tools and techniques. Develop strong customer relationships to achieve budgeted sales, gross margin, Days Sales Outstanding (DSO), and increase market share and profitability.Responsibilities:- Promote and sell Decorative products to targeted customers and geographical territories through regular visits to maintain good relationships and obtain market information.- Execute sales policies and marketing activities that align with company rules and regulations to support business growth and achieve sales budget.- Have a robust follow-up on collection per assigned targets to ensure that company working capital conditions remain healthy.- Maintain good relationships, provide high-quality service to existing distributors, and attend to customers’ complaints for timely delivery and good customer service.- Responsible to update in CRM system to ensure information's accuracy and up-to-date.- Undertake and regularly update area audits to identify market potential within own designated geographical area together with Superior.

Clean, neat and well-organized store environment, welcoming everyone to have a great shopping experience. ■Job Scopes:Store Management- Ensure the inventory are sufficient.- Dealing with warehouse for inventory ordering and shipment process.- Ensure the store environment is in good condition and up to standard.- Responsible to secure customers’ personnel Manpower / Staff Management:- Responsible to set up and plan for the shift rotation.- Planning for SOP that precisely for the outlet setting. - Encourage and motivate employees to promote growth and development of their productivity in work place.Cash Management- Managing the cash flow of the retail stores.- Reporting the sales amount to the respective PIC. -After joining the company, job scope shall change accordingly to the promotion as follows:① Learning the work of a store from joining as a staff, from cash registering to delivery of goods② Management of shift readers, keys, cashiers, and tasks are put together to collect work instructions③ Administer as an assistant manager④ To manage as a manager■Work location:As for the work location, it depends on which store you are assigned to, so you will work at a location designated by BOK (can be discussed).

* Managers cannot fixed offday on weekend because we are retail, not Office style)
A shift: 9:30am to 6:30pm
B shift: 9:30am to 10:30pm (2hours break)
C shift: 1:30pm to 10:30pm
*However, our manager takes turn to be Shift Manager every day.
*If this candidate is Shift Manager on the day, his/her working shift is 9:00am to 6:00am because he/she has to open door for staff and cashier & man power preparation.(1 week averagely 2 day)
*B shift only for necessary/emergency purpose only.

【Job Description】• Handle all legal works related to the Malaysian subsidiaries under your care• Review, draft, negotiate and attend to the signing of contracts and other legal documents, including but not limited to letters, notices, emails and other correspondences• Provide legal advice on issues that arose from operations to the Management and Headquarter and assess the impact of such issues on business and the Malaysian subsidiaries under your care• Liaise with external solicitors for advice and representation (if any) in respect of major corporate exercises, key companies decisions, litigation, arbitration, anti-dumping and countervailing duty investigations• Participate in multi-millions tender activities• Assist directors and managers on all other aspects• Facilitate the compliance of all applicable law by the Malaysian subsidiaries under your care• Monitor the performance of contracts and advise the Management with applicable solutions• Report and discuss with the Head of Legal for all major issues arising from the performance of contracts and operations by the Malaysian subsidiaries under your care• Provide training to internal stakeholders on the targeted areas of law• Handle all other tasks assigned by the Management and Headquarter, and report to the Head of Legal
