  【Job Summary】
  Lead E-Commerce growth across Shopee and TikTok Shop by maximizing GMV and sales through Paid Ads, Affiliate Marketing, Creator/KOL partnerships, Livestream Commerce, and other growth initiatives.
  
  【Job Responsibilities】
  - Develop and execute E-Commerce Growth Strategies across Shopee and TikTok Shop to achieve GMV, traffic, conversion, and revenue targets.
  - Plan, manage, and optimize Paid Advertising campaigns on TikTok Ads and Shopee Ads based on ROAS, CPA, CPC, and conversion rate.
  - Build and scale Affiliate Marketing programs, including recruitment, onboarding, and management of KOLs, KOCs, and Creators.
  - Lead Livestream Commerce operations across TikTok Shop and Shopee Live, including campaign planning, host management, product bundles, and promotional offers.
  - Develop Short-form Video and Commerce Content strategies across organic, paid, and affiliate channels.
  - Plan and execute Marketplace Mega Campaigns in collaboration with platform Key Account Managers.
  - Manage external agencies, freelancers, Creators, and other vendors, ensuring effective execution and performance.
  - Establish SOPs and processes and support the future recruitment and development of the internal E-Commerce Marketing team.
