  【Summary】
  Responsible for customer service and order coordination, handling customer enquiries and complaints, order processing, delivery arrangements, and internal coordination to ensure smooth and timely customer service.
  
  【Key Responsibilities】
  ・Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, instant messaging, and walk-in interactions professionally.
  ・Respond to enquiries regarding products, pricing, stock availability, delivery information, and complaints.
  ・Process customer orders, application forms, and related requests accurately and efficiently.
  ・Handle customer complaints by investigating issues, submitting necessary Credit Note applications, and following up until resolution.
  ・Prepare pick lists, Delivery Orders (DO), invoices, and other required documentation.
  ・Follow up on backorders and coordinate delivery arrangements with customers and internal teams.
  ・Coordinate with Branches, Purchasing, and Warehouse teams to check stock availability and arrange stock transfers.
  ・Coordinate the collection of tools and returned goods from customers.
  ・Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, enquiries, complaints, and transactions.
  ・Prepare weekly and monthly reports using Microsoft Power BI.
  ・Create promotional pricing through the CRM system.
  ・Perform other ad hoc duties assigned by the immediate superior.
