Developing and executing marketing strategies to promote ALL
Rinnai’s product range for both residential, commercial and project sectors.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
• Development of new, replacement and latest trend products. Direct liaising with supplier, R&D, HQ and overseas partner.
• Set timeline, plan and clearance of aging products
• Define target audiences and segment customer profiles.
• To develop, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and revenue.
• Overseeing the creation of marketing materials, managing ATL/BTL advertising, and coordinating product launches
• Analysis sales trend and PSI data provided by sales department and propose ordering quantity by models
• Market survey and have good bonding relationship with dealer, supplier and contractors. Ability to smoothen collaboration, gathering of market and competitors’ info, products information and others.
• Conducts video and photos shooting preparing for new products launch.
• Preparation for annual budget
• Set products costing and selling price with acceptable margin
• Understand product features and selling points. Prepare marketing materials like sales kit and POP for sales team to approach market.
• Prepare monthly marketing expenses and product sales report
• Updates daily sales report
• Gather at least 3 quotations for any purchases, renovation, signages, engagement of KOL and others.
• Sourcing of free gifts to increase products sales
• Plan and workout tie-up campaign, trip campaign and promotion
• Overseeing and plan together with business partners for all roadshow or exhibitions.
• Interaction/reply with ALL inquiries from consumer email, social media and online platform
• Manage online platform (Shopee, Lazada & Tik-Tok) for promotions, engagement, delivery and platform regulations.
• Manage showroom display and engage with walk-in customer inquiries
• Assist to set up for major exhibition (Homedec)
• CSR activities – Social media posting, explore potential NGO, gifts or monetary proposal and etc
Content & Creative:
• Create, curate, and manage engaging content for websites, blogs, social media, email, and ads
• Check and ensure marketing material, display cabinet and signage aligned with HQ cooperate image or identity
• Maintenance of website (follow cooperate image, update latest news, hackers, FB, IG, Tik-Tok and etc)
• Development of POP, leaflets and catalogues
• Ensure brand voice and messaging consistency across all channels
• Collaborate with design teams or self-design on visuals (graphics, video, brochures and webpages)
Digital Marketing: Managing social media, website content and e-commerce initiatives to drive leads and online engagement
• Manage social media accounts (scheduling, posting, community engagement)
• Execute email marketing campaigns
• Iterate and reply to customer inquiries
• Monthly update of all competitors posting
