  1. Store & Business Operations
  - Customer Service: Providing high-quality support and handling inquiries from members at the store.
  - New Store Launch & Market Expansion: Leading the setup of new outlets and driving the execution of market entry/expansion plans.
  - Operational Framework Development: Designing and continuously improving the operational systems and frameworks specifically for unmanned stores.
  - KPI Management: Ensuring thorough management and analysis of key performance indicators, such as member count, sales revenue, and retention rates.
  - Facility & Quality Control: Overseeing overall facility maintenance (including store cleaning) and quality assurance, as well as managing local external vendors (HR, accounting, insurance providers, etc.).
  
  2. Marketing & Member Acquisition
  - Market Analysis: Conducting in-depth analysis of the local market trends and competitor landscapes.
  - Strategy Planning & Execution: Developing and implementing customer acquisition strategies across both digital and offline channels.
  
  3. HQ & Regional Collaboration
  - Reporting & Liaison: Facilitating regular reporting and information sharing with the Japan Headquarters and other regional branches (ASEAN) to ensure seamless collaboration.
