  【Summary】
  Support retail marketing and PR activities, including in-store promotions, events, and campaigns, while assisting with customer inquiries and marketing materials.
  
  【Key Responsibilities】
  - Coordinate and manage retail marketing activities, including in-store promotions, product displays, POS materials, and merchandising strategies.
  - Plan and execute retail events, trade shows, roadshows, and brand campaigns to increase product visibility and customer engagement.
  - Handle daily customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback via phone or social media, sharing relevant information with responsible teams.
  - Work with external vendors and agencies to manage the production and delivery of marketing collateral, promotional items, and PR materials.
  - Develop sales and marketing support materials such as presentations, product sheets, brochures, and scripts.
  - Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for retail and PR initiatives.
  - Prepare reports on marketing activities, events, PR campaigns, and retail performance for management review.
  - Act as a brand ambassador during events and in-store activations, representing the company’s values and products.
  - Support PR initiatives by preparing press releases, media kits, and managing communications with journalists and partners.
  - Provide regular updates to management on marketing activities, results, and upcoming initiatives.
  - Maintain and update marketing databases, including customer profiles and event leads, to support targeted campaigns.
  - Participate in training and workshops to enhance marketing, PR, and event management skills.
  - Coordinate with vendors and agencies to ensure timely delivery and quality of materials and services.
  - Be flexible to work overtime, weekends, or travel (domestic or international) as required.
