  • 仕事内容

    - Manage and oversee all licensing matters including Critical Goods Licensing and overall regulatory compliance.
    - Handle application, renewal, and compliance for business-related licenses (e.g., warehouse license, business premise license, retail & wholesale license, public house license, entertainment license, etc.).
    - Liaise with relevant government authorities, municipal councils, and regulatory bodies to ensure timely approvals and renewals.
    - Draft, review, and prepare official letters, notices, agreements, and legal correspondence.
    - Provide legal and compliance advisory support to internal stakeholders.
    - Ensure company operations comply with applicable laws, regulations, and licensing requirements.
    - Monitor changes in regulatory requirements and advise management on necessary actions.
    - Maintain proper documentation and records of all legal and licensing matters.

求めている人材

  • 応募条件

    - Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB) or related field is required.
    - Minimum 3 years of working experience as a Legal Executive or in a similar legal/compliance role.
    - Hands-on experience handling critical goods licensing and various business-related licenses.
    - Strong knowledge of local regulatory and municipal requirements.
    - Experience liaising with government authorities.
    - Strong drafting skills for formal letters and legal documents.
    - Detail-oriented, independent, and able to manage multiple licensing matters simultaneously.
    - Good communication and negotiation skills.
