  • Propose financing solutions and facilitate business matching opportunities for both existing and prospective clients, aiming to generate fee income and structure financing deals.
  • Conduct on-site visits and thorough Know Your Customer (KYC) assessments, and prepare and submit credit proposals with sound judgment to the credit department.
  • Manage the progress of assigned cases, ensuring timely completion while supervising and guiding junior staff.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and business partners to support sustainable business growth.
  • Monitor the performance of existing clients and support collection activities as needed.
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and contribute to the enhancement of product offerings.
  • Develop and execute action plans to achieve targets in terms of revenue, profitability, and client acquisition.
  • Prepare regular reports and provide insights to management to support strategic decision-making.
