Summary
Provide comprehensive support to the President, including sales and finance tasks, handling administrative duties such as document management and scheduling, preparing monthly reports, managing KPIs and budgets, coordinating between departments, and reviewing contracts.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales support, including preparing quotations and invoices, and compiling sales data
- Finance and accounting support, such as invoice processing and expense claims
- General administrative duties, including document management and scheduling for the President
- Preparation of monthly reports for the President and headquarters
- KPI management, including analysis of sales, profit, and costs
- Budget management across departments
- Internal coordination, including interdepartmental communication and collaboration
- Contract review and management
