This role involves supporting the sales and project execution process by preparing key documents, coordinating with internal and external parties, and ensuring smooth delivery operations and accurate record management.
-Prepare and manage sales documents such as quotations, invoices, and delivery orders
-Coordinate with internal teams, customers, and suppliers to support project execution
-Maintain accurate records and follow up on delivery schedules or outstanding documents
-Assist in general administrative tasks and ad-hoc duties assigned by management
