  DMD means Deputy Managing Director
  
  Interpretation
  1. Provide real-time business-level verbal interpretation from Japanese to English /Bahasa Malaysia and vice versa for all functions attended by the DMD.
  2. Facilitate effective business communication and carry out interpretation during internal and external meetings.
  
  Translation
  1. Responsible for various document translation including memorandums, technical documentations & proposals, meeting minutes & reports.
  2. Liaise with different departments & headquarters on translating the documents when needed.
  3. Checking and verified various document from Japanese to English/ Bahasa Malaysia or vice versa.
  
  Secretarial task
  1. Assist the director in day-to-day secretarial tasks in a highly professional, discreet and organized manner.
  2. Accompany the DMD as legitimate interpreter/ translator.
  3. Organize the DMD’s appointments, meetings, conferences, travel, and social events on a personal and professional level.
  4. To communicate with others on behalf of DMD as needed on internal & external level.
  5. Documentation as requested by DMD.
  
  Other
  1. Assist the company with written and verbal communication from Japanese to English /Bahasa Malaysia and vice versa as needed.
  2. Assist in liaising and coordinate with Japanese natives’ staffs, Japanese customers or Japanese VIP when needed.
  3. To manage ad-hoc requirements as requested by DMD.
