Main Role : Admin tasks 70-80%, account tasks 20-30%.
- Supporting all the tasks required to settle the new company.
- Admin support such as regarding importing/exporting
- Received orders by phone, e-mail and issuing invoice
- Prepare quotation to customer
- Arranging delivery and ensure all the items are shipping properly
- Follow up on the quality issue coordination with supplier
- Inventory control of product samples
- Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems
- Other admin tasks assigned by managements time to time
