  • 仕事内容

    - Technical support (hosting, helpdesk, office IT support) onsite/remote support
    - Quality assurance (ensure compliance to Service Level Agreement and Standard Operating Procedure)
    - Assist in new workstation/environment setup
    - Assist in system integration project
    - Assist in project management for IT setup projects (retail outlets, offices, factories)
    - Assist in management and renewals of warranties and licenses
    - Assist in project deliveries
    - Assist in vendor management (telco, copier vendor, PABX system vendor, software vendor etc)
    - Assist in maintenance of inhouse software/IT tools (Office 365, ticketing system etc)
    - Assist in design and creation of new solutions

    ※On-the-job training will be provided with future career advancement to professional IT engineer
    Junior engineer: Helpdesk engineer / Onsite engineer / Project engineer
    Senior engineer: Level 2 engineer / Pre-sales engineer / Network engineer / Server engineer / System engineer

    ※Possible career advancement to Japan HQ (after reaching Senior engineer and acquiring Japanese proficiency)

  • 応募条件

    - Language:
    > Good command of English is a MUST
    > Japanese speaker has advantage
    - Academic Background : Degree in IT / Computer Science or any IT related study
    - Experience:
    [Fresh Graduate]
    > Education Background: Degree in IT field
    [Not Fresh Graduate]
    > Experience: Over 2 years as IT Engineer or IT Sales
