• Maintain and execute automated test plans and test cases for robotic arms, PLC systems, and related automation test software.• Interface with robot controllers (e.g., ABB, ESTUN) and PLCs (e.g., Mitsubishi) to validate motion sequences and control logic.• Perform system-level testing to validate software-hardware integration in robotic and industrial automation environments.• Collaborate with supplier development, mechanical, and electrical engineering teams to resolve defects and improve system performance.• Document test results, create test reports, and participate in design reviews and risk assessments.• Perform routine preventive maintenance on robotic arms (e.g., ABB,ESTUN) as per OEM and internal schedules.• Inspect, test, and replace mechanical and electrical components, including joints, motors, encoders, wiring, and end-effectors.• Monitor and analyse robot operation data to detect signs of wear, misalignment, or failure.• Maintain and update maintenance logs, service records, and spare parts inventory.• Troubleshoot issues and escalate findings for corrective maintenance if required.• Perform robot calibration and assist with re-teaching or fine-tuning movements.• Ensure compliance with safety standards and procedures during all maintenance activities.• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to minimize downtime and improve robot performance.

• Improve testing capacity and detection rate.• Responsible for repairing and analyzing defective products in product line.• Manage the debug team, achieve the clearance and closure of defective products, and meet the timely closure of production lines.• Provide daily analysis and summary reports to assist the production team in continuously improving product yield.• Participate in batch or abnormal fault analysis, generate failure analysis reports, and share them with the team to improve yield.• Reduce the loss rate of maintenance materials and control the scrap rate of maintenance products to save costs for the company.• Perform component level analysis on the faults that occur and perform system settings on the PCBA.• Assist in improving production yield, lead the analysis of functional defects that occur during the testing phase of products and propose improvement measures.• Propose further improvement suggestions for the product and evaluate whether the improvement plan is reasonable.• Summarize and statistically analyze the test results, track the tests, and provide feedback.• Any ad-hoc tasks as per assigned by manager.

Main Job Summary1) Set up Engineering/Operation Director, plans, organizes, directs and manages product engineer and day to day operation, yield improvement, test program issue troubleshooting, solving product related issue, coordinate and solving test equipment (tester and handler) issue, driving and hosting2) Meeting update with top management and customer; and performs product engineering related duties as required.3) Responsible for providing process engineering support to ensure an effective and productive operation of existing test engineering.Primary Responsibilities:1) Lead process engineering and equipment maintenance teams, including schedules and downtime.2) Review, improve upon, and set standards for organization-wide manufacturing documentation.3) Supervise validation and finalization of new processes and technologies.4) Budget for current, expected, and potential expansions of operations.5) Manage daily tactical and long-term strategic initiatives with the process engineering team6) Hands on managerial/working role. Candidate must be prepared to both lead and support production in parallel.7) Establishing analysis and maintenance frequencies for all process equipment / chemistries8) Establishing cleaning protocols for all equipment/chemistries9) Performing R&D to support new materials /technology.10) Supporting triage and working with the Vendor and onsite maintenance teams relative to any equipment down time.11) Established process and operational efficiency projects.
