当社は東京都に本社を置く、システム開発企業です。 企業のデジタル化支援コンサルティング、システム開発、プロダクト開発、アプリ開発、Webデザイン等を手掛けています。SAPやインフラ関連のプロジェクトとから、IoT/AI、XR、ブロックチェーンなどの先進技術を使用したプロジェクトまで幅広いソリューションを提案できるエンジニア集団です。今ではグループ300名の社員と共に、3ヵ国（日本・インドネシア・マレーシア）に跨ってシステムインテグレーション事業（SI事業）を展開しています。【主な業務内容】・各プロジェクト管理自部署が抱えているプロジェクトに関する管理を実施いただきます。３つほどのプロジェクトを同時に進めていただき、顧客、社内リソース、部署内の案件での進捗状況など管理を行い、状況に応じて最適な手段を検討して実施いただきます。企画～開発～コスト管理～品質管理～運用保守まで一貫してご担当いただき、自部署メンバーが抱えるプロジェクトが良好に回っているか管理しつつも、時には自身でプロジェクトに入って対応いただく場合もあります(手がけているプロジェクトの種類は幅広く、店舗ポイント管理のモバイルアプリ開発のプロジェクトや、3Dゲーム関連のプロジェクトなどがございます)・チームマネジメント3~4名のチームを担当いただく予定です。所属いただく時期や役職によって、対応いただく人数が変動いたします。【魅力ポイント】・ハイブリッド勤務可能です！

【Job summary】 You will be expected to help execute venture capital transactions across SE Asia. You will be part of the boarder investment team and be expected to assist the team on managing the investee companies, reviewing investment opportunities and preparing analysis of the sectors and companies. With an understanding of financial analysis including financial modeling, you will undertake a financial review to ensure that the investments meet the return criterion and draft reports to help the Investment Committee’s decisions. Being part of the larger SBI group, you will also be expected to support the communication and transaction with the Tokyo Headquarter and other global offices of SBI. The content of such communication will include, but not be limited to, supporting the global IC members to make investment decisions, making periodical reporting to group headquarters, and working on strategic initiative of the broader SBI group.【Details】• Support new investment opportunities, portfolio management and reporting activities. • Conduct research on market universe, benchmark performance data, commercial due diligence to understand more on the business landscape and potential target companies’ competitive advantage• Conduct financial modelling and financial statement analysis (e.g. Financial Projection, DCF, valuation methodologies, etc) • Prepare investment proposal, reports for investment committee and presentation materials • Assist, support and maintain close relationships with portfolio companies, ecosystem partners and stakeholders
