Response and follow up on customer corrective action and improvement plan. - Coordinate RMA activities and sorting / rework activities with supplier and customer.- Responsible for customer process audit, NPI qualification audit and customer system audit.- Responsible on Engineering change order, coordinate purging activities and monitor on documentation revising.- Responsible on supplier quality management.- Responsible on the upkeep of operations, documentations and records related to reliability processes and laboratory.- Perform reliability assessments on product with respect to standards and requirements.- Define reliability requirement for Qualification including relevant process optimizations, design rules and production screening measurement.- Perform failure analysis and risk assessments for qualifications or manufacturing quality / reliability topics.- Perform reliability analysis for reliability lifetime prediction.- Work with internal stakeholders to manage customer requirements as well as customer issues / queries.- Conduct failure analysis regarding reliability test failures / customer returns. - Other responsibilities are subject to the arrangement of the immediate superior/management.Authority- Make the decision on product inspection criteria.- To quarantine and stop production or shipment when defective products are found.
