当社はグローバルネットワークサービス、インターネット接続サービス、データセンター、システムインテグレーション事業を行う大手日系通信グループのカスタマーサポートセンターならびにITマネージドサービスセンターとして、ITインフラのモニタリングやテクニカルサポートなどを担っており、この度、さらなる事業拡大のためのITテクニカルヘルプデスク担当としての下記業務に従事いただける方を増員募集いたします。<業務内容>- 顧客からのニーズやリクエストに対して、電話・メール・チャットにて応答。- 文書化された手順ならびに活用可能なツールに基づいて、パソコン・アプリケーション・その他の製品・周辺機器の操作または保守に関する技術的なサポートを提供。- 関連する FAQやツールを使用して適切なトラブルシューティングを実施。欠陥を特定し、必要に応じてガイドラインに従いながら現場のエンジニア派遣をサポート。- 合意された顧客とのサービスレベル合意書(SLA)を担保。- 顧客と設定した期待値に対して完璧な満足度で問題解決するために、より高いレベルに対応(必要に応じた問題のエスカレーション)。- 顧客のために、全ての通話をヘルプデスク データベース・CRM・発券システムに適切かつ正確に記録し管理。
