【企業情報】当社は、日本の大手印刷関連メーカーのグループ企業として、マレーシアで昇華型プリンター用インクリボンやフォトプリント用メディアの製造を行っています。製品は主にパスポート写真機や証明写真機、イベント用フォトブース、IDカードプリンターなどに使用され、アジアを中心に世界各国へ供給されています。日本基準の品質管理のもと、現地スタッフと協力しながら高品質な製造と安定した出荷体制を実現しています。今回のポジションでは、マレーシアで製造した製品を世界各国の代理店へ提案販売を担うポジションになります。世界各国の代理店との密なコミュニケーションと、積極的な営業姿勢が求められるポジションです。【職務概要】今回募集するポジションでは、マレーシアで製造された当社製品を、東南アジア・中東・アフリカなどの幅広い地域の代理店に向けて営業・販売活動を行っていただきます。基本的には既存代理店との関係維持・拡販が中心ですが、将来的には新たな国・地域への市場開拓にも携わっていただくことを期待しています。当社は日本本社の営業部門とも連携して各国の販売会社をサポートしており、マレーシアもそのひとつの重要拠点となっています。そのため、日本側との情報共有や報告・連携が日常的に発生することから、日本語による業務対応や文化的な理解が求められる場面が多く、日本人として働くことのバリューが発揮できるポジションとなっています。1. 既存代理店への営業活動とサポート既存の海外代理店に対して、製品情報の提供、価格交渉、注文管理、納期調整など、日常的な営業・販売支援を行います。また、定期的なコミュニケーション（オンラインやチャット・メールなど）や訪問（海外出張）を通じて、信頼関係を強化し、長期的な取引継続と販売拡大を目指します。2. 販売データの分析と販促施策の立案代理店からの販売実績をもとに、売上傾向や市場の動きを分析し、販売促進の提案を行います。プロモーション企画の立案や、需要予測に基づいた出荷計画の策定なども担当していただきます。3. 日本本社との連携・レポーティング業務日本の営業部門や事業部との定期的な情報共有・報告が発生します。営業活動の進捗、代理店の状況、市場の動向などを日本語でまとめ、的確に伝えることが求められます。4. 将来的な新規国・地域への代理店開拓既存の枠にとらわれず、今後成長が期待される国・地域への進出を視野に入れた市場調査や新規代理店候補の選定、初期交渉にも関わっていただきます。段階的に業務を引き継ぎながら、新規開拓にチャレンジしていくことが期待されます。
