<企業情報>当社グループは包装資材の総合メーカーとして、パルプモウルド、フィルム、重包装袋、段ボールの４つの事業を軸に活動を続けています。お客様の大切な商品をお届けするため、包装資材の技術と開発力で世の中のニーズにお応えし、ロジスティクスにおける最適解を提案したいと考えております。この度、重包装袋(紙袋)を生産しているマレーシアで、工場長候補として共にビジネスを盛り上げていくことのできる人材を募集いたします。【主な業務内容】- 工場長あるいは製造部長の補佐として、安全・労務・生産・品質・保全等、製造管理業務全般が主なミッションとなります。現地ナショナルスタッフと協業して業務にあたっていただきます- ISOやHACCPの衛生管理の各種報告書の作成や生産計画・購買管理・物流管理・原価管理にも携わっていただきます- 品質・価格・サービスのパフォーマンスを向上させ、顧客満足度を上げるための活動を営業チームと協力して行います- 日本人製造スタッフとナショナルスタッフの日英通訳- 当社は現工場長のサポートを行い、業務内容を把握していただきます。その後次期工場長、製造部長として従事いただく予定でおります。

• Assist the Manager or Assistant Manager to achieve the organizations objectives short term and long terms goals.• Assisting sales department on implementing a cohesive sales strategy that drives business revenues.• Execute daily Customers’ Service Operation effectively and efficiency to enhance customer satisfaction and customer retention.• Ensure job creation, billing, payment request to accounts.• To select the vendors, based on service and rate.• Execute and handling import export activity and documentation including coordinating the customer bookings with shipping liner, negotiating freight charges, coordinate with consignee for delivery, trucking, transportation and storage.• Ensure the shipping process and documentation are comply to the Customs regulation and other current legislation and regulations.• Ensure the customers’ service requests, quotation, enquiries and costing are attended promptly.• Report Customer feedback from potential and existing customer to the Management.

• To achieve organizations objectives by defining short term and long-term goals.• Ensure the daily operations are smoothly executed in meeting the customer requirements.• Focuses on Johor Bahru Office sales activity and is responsible for profitability in sales.• Compliance to all related government regulatory and statutory requirements in all business activity.• Implementing a sales Management process in identifying key customers and prospects.• Execute the sales meeting with customers to improve Johor Bahru Office sales target.• Develop sustaining long-term relationships with customers.• Maximizing operation potential to enhance customer satisfaction and customer retention.• Provide contingency planning to the operation team to minimize delivery disruptions to customers.• Participate with the Sales team for the new customer bidding process.• Analyzing the market and sales trends, periodically reviewing competitor’s performance through the sales team and checking on gaps in performance and seeking reasons and actionable steps to close the gaps.• Analyzing feedback from potential and existing customers and preparing reports to the Management.• Conducting performance reviews judiciously and motivating staff.• Ensure all the activities are in compliance with business ethics and Company code of conduct.• Provides strategic and people leadership of the functions and guides the Company growth.
