<業務内容>
SAPの要件や仕様の収集、分析、設計、文書化、コーディング、テスト、設定、展開、実装、保守、システムおよびアプリケーションをご担当いただきます。
具体的には、
- MM/PP/SD/FI/CO (*1)ユーザーと協力し、ユーザー要件と仕様の収集に参加し、プロセス分析を行い要件・仕様の策定
- SAP ERPパッケージソフトをベースに構築されたグローバルスタンダードシステムのSAP開発活動の維持・改善
- カスタム開発活動、TPiC(攻撃型生産管理システム:「量産」や「個別受注生産」など対応可能なパッケージソフトウェア)とのデータ連携の実施
(アプリケーション設計、コーディング、テスト、ドキュメンテーション、トラブルシューティングを含む)
- テスト、文書化、トラブルシューティングを含む、TPiCとのデータ連携
- ユーザー(MM/PP/SD/FI/CO)(*1)へのサポート、問題の特定・解決・トレーニングの支援
- ソフトウェアメンテナンスの状況や操作方法に関するレポート、マニュアル等の作成
- 英語を使用したベンダーとの折衝

【主な業務内容】
〇取り扱い説明書や、企業パンフレット、イベントのポスター等をデザイン、製造、販売している会社での営業職です。
〇既存顧客への営業および新規顧客開拓
〇最初は既存の顧客への深耕営業中心で、日系企業に対してテレアポ、訪問をしてお客様のニーズ(印刷物)を聞き、
製造部門との連携、納入に励んでもらいます。エリアはKLとその近郊になる予定です。
目標は年間で渡されます。

・既存顧客とのお仕事が多く、長期的な関係構築に注力しています。

4 To administer and control deduction of wages for unauthorized absence, leave, loss and damage as per provision of the payment of wages act and Company rules.
5 To review annual total salary and benefits structure so they are comparable with operational budget plan.
AUDIT
1 To update and maintain the Company's overall organization chart and structure so as it is effectively operating within the intended lines of authority.
2 To review on staff development, grievance and analyse on staff turnover report.
3 To make a comparative survey to the Company's terms and conditions to create job satisfaction.
PERIODICAL / OCCASIONAL DUTIES
1 To attend meetings with outside agencies from time to time such as NSILC, MEF, Health Dept., Labour Dept., Industrial Relations, Income Tax, PEMADAM, HRDF, MPS, Police Dept. and other professional institution.
