Our ideal candidate will be able to have good understanding of palm plantation and oil business, to implement an effective sales approach that expand our existing business and strengthens client relationship, and to achieve trading and sales performance further together.Major Duties Responsibilities:• Identify and reach potential clients, and initiate discussion with them through emails, calls, and scheduled meetings• Communicate with management the initiatives, objectives, strategies, and action plans• Develop business plans that optimize growth and profitability of the company• Implement marketing and sales plans; establish and meet sales goals; and network with industry representatives to expand sales opportunities• Become primary contact between customers and the company including deliveries, forecasting, credit, complaint handling, etc.• Conduct high-level industry research to develop effective sales solution• Interact with clients and respond to important inquiries about the businesses or services• Participate in collaborative business meetings to update key stakeholders• Regular or ad-hoc basis market intelligence & report for target market and product• Review sales contracts to ensure they meet legal and corporate guidelines• Support Managing Director on business development process from market analysis, screening and evaluation of opportunities including strategic fit assessment• Assist in any ad-hoc tasks as assigned, the tasks that could be related to other industry sectors
