Technical Support Executive - R&DID:500512,500 MYR ~ 3,500 MYRPort Klang
Perform product matching, formulation improvement, packaging modification etc according to the approved NPD requests.
Initiates improvement on current recipes, workflow, method of applications etc for cost reduction, improve internal workflow, and to market shares.
Working closely with Production, Engineering, Supply Chain and other related departments to access technical feasibility for new projects, Eg project complexity, product formulation, manufacturing and packing feasibility during product development process.
Finalizing product formulation, specification with superior.
Provide FP and FS information for cost sheet creation.
Maintaining full data, e.g. typical value of each recipes. Ensure data and product specification is always up to date.
Maintain Bill of Materials for FS, and Material Inspection Plan in SAP system.
Coordinating sample request processes. Communicate with Technical Sales & Sales team for sample sending status, tracking customer’s feedback on approval status with Sales Manager.
Working closely with Technical Sales & Sales team to ensure smooth project execution. Provide technical support on various customers’ enquiries pertaining to products, its applications, product declaration, questionnaire, product registration, etc.
Conduct in store testing and product demonstration with Technical Sales team to customer when necessary.
Assist QA, Operations, Production, Packaging, Engineering, Supply Chain and other related departments for trouble shooting when necessary.
Monitor in product shelf life and keep track for all record.
Participate in company activities eg stock take and internal audit.
Preparing relevant reports when necessary.
