Job Description
Strategic Planning & Corporate Performance Management
- Support the development and execution of strategic plans, action plans and performance assessments in alignment with company-wide goals and frameworks like Hoshin, MTBP and GPM.
KPI / KRI Governance & Budgeting Oversight
- MTBP budgeting process and corporate KPI / KRI setting, including regular monitoring and analysis of performance metrics across all timeframes.
Corporate Reporting & Business Analysis
- Consolidate and deliver insightful management reports and presentations, integrating financial and operational performance data to support executive decision-making.
Stakeholder Engagement & Communication
- Serve as the key liaison for internal divisions and external stakeholders, supporting corporate presentations / events, strategic communications and initiatives such as business ventures or acquisitions.
Strategic Projects & Future Growth Initiatives
- Support and lead special projects including profit-visualization and mid-term value-chain expansion strategies, while managing ad-hoc reporting and corporate exercises.
Qualifications
Requirement
■ MUST REQUIREMENTS
・Minimum 8 ~ 10 years of corporate planning experience
・Familiar with KPI management, business performance analysis, business forecast
・Able to review P&L or financial statement
■ ADVANTAGES
・Minimum Bachelor Degree in any equivalent qualification or Professional Qualification (e.g. ACCA, CIMA, CFA & etc).
・Preferable candidate from Automotive industry, with good understanding about car
・Strong command in Microsoft Excel, Power Point and Words.
・Knowledge in Data Analysis Tools would be an extra advantage.
■ OTHER REQUIREMENTS
・Excellent communications and interpersonal skills, both written and oral.
・Willing to travel if needed.English Level
