• Job Description

  As a Project Manager, you will oversee the entire development process of logistics facilities — from planning and design to construction and handover. You will collaborate with developers, general contractors, architects, and internal stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
  
  Key Responsibilities:
  -Manage full-cycle development of logistics facilities (warehouses, distribution centers, etc.)
  -Lead project planning, feasibility studies, site analysis, and basic design coordination
  -Coordinate with general contractors, design firms, consultants, and authorities
  -Oversee project schedule, cost control, risk mitigation, and quality assurance
  -Manage internal approvals, reporting, and stakeholder communication
  -Reflect tenant/user needs into the facility design and specifications
  -Support the handover process and ensure smooth transition to operations
