  Responsibility
  - Involve in new project and transfer project qualification activities. Responsible on Inspection Instruction preparation, first article inspection, capability study, measurement system analysis and PPAP packages.
  - Provide training to quality technicians and inspectors on inspection methods and criteria.
  - Coordinate nonconforming product control and failure analysis and follow-up corrective and improvement plan.
  - Compile Quality report and lead the internal and customer quality review meeting.
  - Handle customer complaint and conduct failure analysis. Response and follow up on customer corrective action and improvement plan.
  - Coordinate RMA activities and sorting / rework activities with supplier and customer.
  - Responsible for customer process audit, NPI qualification audit and customer system audit.
  - Responsible on Engineering change order, coordinate purging activities and monitor on documentation revising.
  - Responsible on supplier quality management.
  - Responsible to approve systematic process development on both existing and new molds, ensuring a balance approach to the impact of mold, material, machine and equipment in relation to specifications, measurements and performance.
  - Train and educate Technicians & Inspectors to ensure a shared understanding and knowledge that is applied consistently across all molding processes.
  - Evaluate the performance of mold and material trials to optimize projects, and support research and development initiatives.
  - Support in troubleshooting issues and evaluate new projects to identify the best possible solutions, considering overall setup and requirements.
  - Analyze results and data using statistical tools to obtain precise information and reach accurate conclusions swiftly.
  - Document and organize all investigations and results systematically for easy access in the future.
  - Understand and interpret specifications and requirements from a broader perspective, translating them into actionable tasks for daily operations.

  - To quarantine and stop production or shipment when defective products are found.
