  • Job Description

    Front Desk and Visitor Management
    - Welcome and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner
    - Manage incoming calls, redirect appropriately, and relay messages promptly
    - Maintain visitor logs and issue access passes/badges as required
    - Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times

    Administrative tasks and support
    - Perform general administrative and clerical duties, including document preparation and filing
    - Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, mail, and courier deliveries
    - Monitor and maintain office supplies, stationery, and pantry inventory; place orders and restock proactively
    - Maintain accurate records and filing systems, both digital and physical
    - Any other tasks as assigned by immediate superior or management

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【Must】
    - Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma in any Fields
    - Having 1 years of experience in a similar administrative or front desk role

    【Advantage】
    - Diploma or Certificate in Administration, Business Management, or a related field is an added advantage
