  Detailed Job Duties:
  
  Market Research & Customer Insights
  
  Conduct thorough market research to identify customer needs and emerging trends in the fuel sector, contributing valuable insights for strategic decision-making
  Continuously assess market conditions and customer feedback to adapt business strategies and initiatives
  
  
  Project Planning & Execution
  
  Lead and manage key fuel-related projects, ensuring alignment with company objectives, industry standards and regulatory requirements
  Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless project execution, meeting deadlines to achieve set goals
  
  
  Stakeholder Coordination
  
  Act as a liaison between various departments, stakeholders and external partners to ensure effective communication and collaboration on business development and project delivery
  Monitor project progress, ensuring timely delivery, quality control and adherence to budget
  
  
  Energy Survey & Audit Assistance
  
  Assist with energy audits and surveys, providing recommendations for corrective actions and improvements
  Ensure all audits and energy assessments comply with local and international sustainability and energy regulations
  
  
  Regulatory Compliance
  
  Ensure compliance with Malaysia’s energy regulations, as well as relevant international standards
  Manage licensing applications, ensuring all regulatory approvals are secured and maintained
  
  
  Sustainability & Best Practices
  
  Stay up-to-date with global industry trends, sustainable development practices and energy-saving technologies to promote eco-friendly initiatives within the fuel business
  Implement best practices for sustainability and share knowledge to improve operational efficiency
  
  
  Reporting & Documentation
  
  Develop comprehensive reports, presentations, and proposals to support all sustainability and business development projects
  Maintain detailed documentation for all correspondence related to project planning, licensing, and regulatory compliance
  Undertake ad-hoc or any other assignment, as and when required by immediate superior and/or the top management
