  • Job Description

    1. Warehouse Operations Manage after-sales and service activities.
    2. Coordinating field work involving troubleshooting, reporting and resolution of any emergency warranty issues.
    3. Responsible and manage warranty claims and matter, and liaising with HQ and 3rd party vendor on any warranty claims and reports.
    4. Technical back-up to field service staff to ensure technical queries are attended and settled promptly.
    5. Ensure completion of service tasks and submission of report/expense on a timely manner.
    6. Prepare quotation for service and spare parts enquiries.
    7. Customer relationship management
    8. Provide training for customers and internal team.
    9. Provide timely feedback on overall market situation, competition and new business opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    ■ MUST REQUIREMENTS
    ・Technical Certificate/Diploma/Degrees in E&E/Mechanical/Food/Chemical Engineering
    ・Min 2-3 year(s) relevant experience in a service or maintenance role, in the machinery or industrial equipment sector.
    ・Strong understanding of mechanical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical circuits.
    ・Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals.
    ・Proficient in using diagnostic tools and service software.
    ・Applicant must be willing to work in Kota Damansara Office and possess own transport.
    ・Willing to travel frequently for outstation and overseas assignments and to work on-site at customer locations.

    ・Knowledge in CRM/SAP/ERP system is added advantage.
    ・Forklift driving license is added advantage.
    ・German language proficiency is added advantage.
