  Join our team a leading architectural coatings manufacturer recognized both domestically and internationally.
  You will be part of our in-house laboratory, engaging in the development and improvement of paint products.
  This role offers the opportunity to be involved throughout the entire process—from initial development to on-site application—making it a highly rewarding position.
  
  Main Responsibilities:
  - Development of new products and improvement/cost reduction of existing products
  - Preparation and management of ISO-related documentation
  - Technical support from order placement through to mass production (launching phase)
  
  ☆Involvement in Global Projects
  In addition to local projects in Malaysia, requests from overseas markets—particularly Hong Kong and Singapore—are increasing. You will have the opportunity to work on international product development, gaining a valuable global perspective and experience.
