  • Job Description

    Managing and distributing information within an office or department.
    - Answering phones and directing calls to the appropriate person or department.
    - Organizing and maintaining files and records, both physical and digital.
    - Coordinating meetings and scheduling appointments.
    - Assisting in the preparation and distribution of reports and presentations.
    - Monitoring and ordering office supplies and equipment.
    - Handling basic accounting and bookkeeping tasks, such as managing petty cash and preparing expense reports.
    - Providing general administrative support to other members of the team, as needed.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【Must】
    - Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or SPM in any Business Field
    - Having Japanese Skills (Above N3 level)
    - Having 1 year experience of Admin

    【Advantage】
    - Having working experience in Electricity, construction, equipment industry

Additional Information
