Job Description
・Facilitate communication and collaboration climate within the regional HR team.
・Support Corporate Human Capital Management (HCM) Initiatives Roll-Out: Ensure the implementation of corporate HCM initiatives (TM/SP, MBO, L&D etc.)
・by supporting subsidiaries' HR with awareness of cultural and regulatory requirements, acting as the regional point of contact.
・Global Policy Implementation: Assure the implementation of global policies (e.g., mobility, insurance) within the region.
・Support Training and Development: Conduct regular training sessions, workshops, and seminars to enhance the soft skills and knowledge of regional employees.
・Insight Provision: Provide insights into people, organization, and culture of the region to the Corporate Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) team for effective and productive HR collaborations.
Qualifications
Requirement
【Must】
- Degree holder
- Knowledge, experience, and ability to perform the duties of the position as an HR professional
- At least 5 years of HR generalist experience as a site HR partner
- Experience in using global HCM platforms such as SuccessFactors and/or Workday
【Advantage】
- Work experience as a super user or administrator in SuccessFactors and/or WorkdayEnglish Level
