• Job Description

  Key Responsibilities:
  -Manage full-cycle import & export shipments (FCL, LCL, air, sea, land), coordinating with shipping lines, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and hauliers
  -Handle customer enquiries, resolve issues, and maintain strong client relationships
  -Monitor shipment status closely with customers and overseas agents, ensuring timely updates
  -Prepare accurate quotations, documentation, billing, and system data entry in a timely manner
  -Lead and support the team to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
