  • Job Description

    a) Assist on Quality Manager.
    b) Ensure quality standards are complied with.
    c) Responsible and authorized to stop non-conforming materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods from further processing or delivery to the next process or customers.
    d) Responsible for monitoring quality parts, work-in-progress, and finished products and advise management on the quality trend periodically.
    e) Liaise with production on quality problems and take necessary counter measures to prevent recurrence.
    f) Upkeep and maintain inspection and measuring equipment to meet quality control standards.
    g) To discuss with Production on corrective action.
    h) Lead of handling of Customer Complaint with Corrective Action and follow up of corrective actions to ensure action is taken and effective.
    i) Responsible for equipment calibration.
    j) Promoting the use of the process approach and risk-based thinking.
    k) Communicating the importance of effective quality management and of conforming to the quality management system requirements.
    l) Ensuring that the quality management system achieves its intended results.
    m) Engaging, directing, and supporting persons to contribute to the effectiveness of the quality & environmental management system.
    n) Promoting improvement.
    o) Supporting other relevant management roles to demonstrate their leadership as it applies to their areas of responsibility.
    p) As IQA auditor make sure the internal Quality System is implemented and maintained.
    q) To support & maintain the quality & environmental management system.
    r) To undertake other related jobs as directed by the superior from time to time.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Education Background : Diploma in quality control, business, engineering or any related field

    - Experience : Min 3 years knowledge of relevant quality standards and regulations

    - Require Skill :
    a) Possess good interpersonal.
    b) Ability to supervise.
    c) Able to work independent.
