• Job Description

  - Oversee the Department's function & activities . Involve in operation, facilities set up ,authorization and approval .
  - Lead and supervise day to day production operations to meet output, quality and delivery targets. Forecast and activities plan.
  - Project and Business development. New project development and transfer, customer visit.
  - Monitor production schedules and adjust resources as needed to optimize efficiency.
  - Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
  - Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies.
  - Quality management system establishment, verification & approval improvement activities.
  - Establish an improvement policy and direction
  - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Quality, Maintenance, Planning and Logistics.
  - Prepare and analyze production reports, KPI and operational metrics.
  - Manage and mentor production team members, foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  - Assist in planning manpower and equipment needs based on forecast and production.
  - Expenses plan and approval, Profit & loss plan and control.
  - Participate in In-Out Inventory management and lots priority change to ensure line balancing.
  - Abnormality control and countermeasure verification
