    We are a leading provider of IT training solutions, helping businesses enhance their IT skills and capabilities. We are looking for a Telemarketing Executive to join our team and drive business growth through effective client outreach and sales operations.

    <Job Summary>
    As a Telemarketing Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential corporate clients over the phone, promoting our IT training services, and managing the entire sales process—from initial contact to contract closure. This role is no field sales, making it ideal for individuals who excel in phone-based client interactions and deal negotiations.

    <Key Responsibilities>
    - Client Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify and contact potential corporate clients via phone to introduce and promote IT training solutions.
    - Sales & Negotiation: Handle the entire sales process, from cold calling and lead qualification to proposal presentation and contract closure.
    - Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring long-term collaboration and repeat business opportunities.
    - Target Achievement: Meet and exceed sales KPIs, including call volume, lead conversion rates, and revenue goals.
    - Follow-up & CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, track progress, and ensure follow-ups to maximize conversion rates.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【MUST】
    - Minimum a Bachelor's Degree or higher.
    - At least 1 year of telemarketing experience, with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
    - Strong verbal communication, negotiation, and persuasive selling skills over the phone.
    - Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through consistent follow-up and personalized service.
    - Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented, and proactive in managing the sales process from lead generation to contract conclusion.
    - Must be capable of managing the full sales process independently with minimal supervision.

    【Advantage】
    - Experience in the IT industry or a strong understanding of IT solutions and training programs.
    - Knowledge of IT certifications (e.g., Microsoft, AWS, Red Hat, CompTIA) is an advantage.
    - Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to track sales activities and client interactions.
    - Previous experience in marketing or promotions (e.g., event coordination, market research, content creation)
