Job Description
We are seeking an Import & Export Coordinator to manage trade operations, including documentation, shipping procedures, and business processes. The role involves coordinating with suppliers, customers, and logistics partners, ensuring accurate contract handling, invoicing, and compliance with trade regulations. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication to support smooth international trade operations.
【Main Role】
- Oversee and manage import and export operations for raw materials, ensuring smooth documentation and compliance.
- Support business operations by coordinating trade processes, optimizing workflows, and resolving issues.
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, customers, stakeholders, and logistics partners to enhance supply chain efficiency.
【Key Responsibilities】
- Import & Export Documentation: Prepare, verify, and manage shipping and trade documents for raw materials.
- Trade Operations Management: Ensure smooth execution of business processes, identifying and resolving issues proactively.
- Supplier & Stakeholder Communication: Liaise with suppliers, customers, and logistics providers to ensure seamless coordination.
- Contract & Shipping Documentation Handling: Issue and verify contracts, shipping documents, and ensure trade compliance.
- MUGEN System & Invoicing: Process system entries accurately and manage invoicing procedures.
- Trader Support: Assist traders in optimizing business workflows and handling operational challenges

【Requirements】
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in trading companies, preferably in export, offshore, or import operations.
- Proficient in spoken and written English; ability to communicate effectively with international stakeholders.
- Experience as a Trading Business Assistant or in a similar role handling trade operations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Strong multitasking abilities, able to work independently and manage tasks efficiently.
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure while maintaining accuracy.
- Ethical mindset, confident disposition, positive attitude, and strong interpersonal skills.
【Preferred Qualifications】
- Fluency in Mandarin is an advantage for better communication with suppliers and stakeholders.
- Knowledge of international trade regulations, Incoterms, and supply chain management.
- Experience working with logistics providers, shipping documentation, and customs clearance.
- Strong analytical skills to optimize business operations and improve processes.English Level

Salary Package : RM 3,800 - RM 5,400
*Depending on the candidate experience and skills

- All the costs to visit client are claimable
- AL : 14 days (max 20 days after 5 years of service)
