    Job Description :
    1. Handle for sales promotion for industrial product.
    2. Supply and Demand Management of the industrial products in export market & assigned regions.
    3. Marketing Support: Responsible for the sales plan, sales performance, products promotional activities in assigned domestic market, Market Research, Customer Seminar & etc.
    4. Support in Customer management such as payment collection, credit control & customer complaint.
    5. Complaint Management: To manage complaints from appointed customers.

    Job Responsibilities:
    1. Industrial Export Sales Operation Management for assigned in export countries' market:
    a) To create an environment that supports continuous improvement of the sales operation of Industrial Export Section.
    b) To market company’s products to designated areas.
    c) To develop new outlets and expand area sales volume.
    d) To monitor and ensure that all outstanding bills, either maintained by sales representatives or direct account are collected on time.
    e) To provide prompt feedback on market information to superior.
    f) To submit on board's /overseas schedule and market visit report to superior.
    g) Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management and develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals.
    h) Collaborate with Marketing and FDA (TS) departments to ensure provide promptly promotion of company's targeted new products to assigned countries/regions market.
    i) To ensure, enforce, implement, follow and abide by the company’s policies, rules and regulations at all times.
    j) To train and guide new sales department staff to provide the best services to customers.
    k) To prepare, present and submit monthly and quarterly sales and market reports to superior.
    l) Support the customers to conduct lab or production trial upon special request.

    2. Supply and Demand Management: To manage supply and demand in order to ensure meeting the customers’ demand of Industrial Products in domestic market & assigned regions.

    3. Marketing Support:
    a) Sales :To plan annual sales target of Industrial Products and monitor the sales performance of the sales staff in domestic market & assigned regions.
    b) Products Promotion: To promote products through promotion plan in cooperation with FDA and Marketing in domestic market & assigned regions.
    c) Conduct market research based on the project when necessary.
    d) Support IEBD Marketing to conduct field test for new product development or revision of product recipe.

    4. Complaint Management for appointed customers.
    a) To coordinate with related departments in investigating complaints.
    b) To ensure investigation reports which are able to satisfy customers.

    5. Any other responsibilities assigned by superiors from time to time.


  • Requirement

    - Bachelor's Degree, Professional Degree in Food & Beverage Services Management, Business Management & Administration or related field.
    - Having 2 years B2B sales experience of industrial product.

    - Having Knowledge of Food Industry
