  • Job Description

    Purpose of the Job
    To achieve monthly and annual order intake and margin targets for EagleBurgmann products and services to the assigned customers / territory.

    Job Accountabilities/Key Responsibilities
    • Servicing of existing customer base and maintaining good working relations at all levels
    • Development of new customers and new applications for existing customers.
    • Promote all EagleBurgmann products and services at all times, provide sales opportunities to specialists or handle directly.
    • Confident in the engineering aspects of features and benefits in relating them to customers’ needs.
    • Marketing, including technical content, presentations to existing and new customers.
    • Lead generation from effective prospecting
    • Clear proposal development
    • Simple contract negotiations
    • Securing orders to acceptable terms and conditions
    • Provide accurate forecasts and reports as required.
    • Provide business development view of future opportunities
    • Provide input to territory competitor review.
    • Maintain a high level approach to all matters related to HSE


  • Requirement

    - Education Background: Degree qualified in a technical discipline is ideal for this role

    - Experiences: Min 2-3 years appropriate sales engineer experience to similar customer base, experience in selling in a B2B environment (oil and gas, petrochemicals, chemical market sectors etc)

    - Required Skills:
    • Computer literate
    • Dedication and commitment to achieving objectives.
    • Target driven and results orientated.
    • Should possess entrepreneurial skills, be able to think out of the box, and provide solutions.
    • Networking is a requirement of the role
    • Have the ability to multi task and work to tight deadlines
    • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
    • Maintain company confidentiality with sensitive information.
    • Willing to travel to Klang Valley, Melaka , Seremban

    - Dental : Yearly limit (RM 500)
    - No Bonus but they will pay as SIP ( Sales incentive plan) Based on 80% fixed & 20% Variable.
