  • Job Description

    1. Developing specifications for the project's needed equipment.
    2. Responsible for new instrument/machine development, product testing, material evaluation,
    3. Facility commissioning, setup and qualifying phases to ensure quality specifications are met.
    4. Preparing, scheduling, coordinating and monitoring of assigned projects by superior
    5. Work interactively with production for improvement in quality
    6. Perform quality control tasks on budgets, schedules, plans, and personnel performance and reporting on the project's status
    7. Responsible for new machine/facility commissioning, setup, and layout design
    8. Investigating, troubleshooting product or production issues.
    9. Developing corrective actions, solutions, and improvements.
    10. Responsible for related tools and equipments specification
    11. Any other duties as and when assigned by direct superior / management

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    1. Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering, Industrial Automation & Robotic or Equivalent
    2. At least 3 years of working experience in manufacturing field.
    3. Required skills(s): 2D & 3D software (Intermediate & above), drawing is a must, tooling design, and mechanical skill
    4. Strong & demostrated communication / teamwork skills
    5. Able to speak, read and writing in Chinese (advance level and above), English due to liaise with supplier
    6. Strong technical skill especially mechanical system
    7. Good team player, independent, analytical, and self motivated
    8. Computer literate: Ms. Excel, Ms. Words, Ms. Powerpoint
    9. Able to work under pressure and cope high demand of multi-tasking jobs
    10. Good problem solving skills
