  • Job Description

    - Machine Installation and set up at client factory
    - Facilitate and resolve customer’s technical issues up to closure with proactive and effective communication.
    - Provide technical support to client side
    - Troubleshoot Analyser or Inspection Machine when breakdown
    - To conduct on maintenance and repair of the machines or facilities.
    - Liaise with sales staff
    - Establish detailed inspection, service, and report
    - Will be based in KL but need to support Penang, Malakka, JB
    *Business trip Frequently depends on customer demands but around 1 times a week, 1 time 1-3days.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    <Must>
    - Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related filed.
    - Min 3 years experience in service/maintenance engineering in Surface-mount technology (SMT) machines or Semiconductor machines (or other heavy machinery like in the factory)
    - Willing to travel within the whole of West Malaysia
    - Possess own transport
    - Willing to work on Saturday (1 time) for every month
