  • Job Description

    1. Set up Quality Control system, obtain Quality related qualifications.
    2. To monitor the process of sample phase and make quality statistic.
    3.To monitor the quality status of first period of mess production.
    4. To make SIP for mess production.
    5. To deal with nonconforming happened in production.
    6. To handle complaint according to principle of 137 (1st days report,3rd day conclusion and close cases/settle complaint by 7days).
    7. To handle the returned materials from customer in time.
    8. To provide training to QC about criteria of customer.
    9. To provide training to QC about quality issues happened.
    10. To analyse the quality issues happened in production and customer, and find the root cause to eliminate them to prevent from recurrence.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Education Background: Diploma or above in any related field (preferably with engineering background)
    - Experience: At least 2 to 3 years of related working experience
    - Require Skill: Word, Excel, Powerpoint
    - Familiar with ISO, PFMEA, 7 Basic Quality Tools with mechanical industry background etc.
