Job Description
• Handling of office emails.
• Typing of letters and quotations (as and when required).
• Filing of documents
• Monitoring of office stationeries and other general supplies.
• Book travel arrangements (as and when required).
• Handling incoming phone calls or outgoing calls (as and when required).
• Other general administrative duties.
Qualifications
Requirement
- Education Background: SPM/STPM or equivalent
- Experience : Minimum 2 years working experience in construction industry
- Required Skills:
• Computer literate especially in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience in logistics is an added advantage.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.English Level
