Job Description
1. Responding to customer inquiries: Customer Support and Service representatives are responsible for handling customer inquiries, complaints, and issues via phone, email, chat, or other communication channels.
2. Providing product or service information: They provide customers with accurate and detailed information about the products or services offered by the organization.
3. Resolving customer issues: They work to resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and efficient manner, providing solutions to problems and answering questions.
4. Escalating complex issues: If a customer issue cannot be resolved by the representative, they escalate the issue to a higher level of support or management.
5. Maintaining customer records: They maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions, including customer feedback and complaints.
6. Identifying opportunities for improvement: They analyze customer feedback and identify opportunities for improvement in products or services, as well as in customer support and service processes.
7. Collaborating with other departments: They work closely with other departments, such as sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure that customer needs are met and issues are resolved.
Qualifications
Requirement
- Education Background: Diploma or above in any related field is preferred
- Experience: At least 3 years of related working experience in sheet metal engineering field
- Well versed in English
- Possess own transport and willing to travel 2-3 times per month within PenangEnglish Level
