    Assistant General Manager serves as a linchpin within an organization, ensuring smooth operations and the effective implementation of strategies and policies. This position acts as a supportive bridge between the Chief Operating Officer and the rest of the staff, facilitating communication and the execution of decisions across various departments. With a focus on optimizing operational efficiency and fostering a positive work environment, the Assistant General Manager also plays a significant role in project management, staff development, and contributing to the overall growth and success of the business. Their responsibilities encompass a broad spectrum of managerial tasks, from overseeing daily operations to assisting in the development of long-term strategic plans, all while maintaining a keen eye on
    the company’s objectives and market trends.

    Job Duties
    - Assist the Chief Operating Officer in overseeing daily operations across various departments to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in meeting the company’s objectives.
    - Implement strategic plans in alignment with the Chief Operating Officer’s vision to drive
    business growth and profitability.
    - Manage budgeting and financial planning processes, including forecasting, expense control, and financial reporting to maintain fiscal health.
    - Lead, motivate, and develop team members through regular performance reviews, training opportunities, and succession planning to build a high-performing team.
    - Foster strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and other external partners to enhance business opportunities and resolve any issues.
    - Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements to protect the company from potential risks and liabilities.
    - Spearhead innovation initiatives by identifying and implementing new technologies or processes that improve operational efficiency or customer satisfaction.
    - Coordinate with the Human Resources department to oversee recruitment, employee engagement, and workplace culture initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Minimum Bachelor’s Degree, with common majors including Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
    - At least 5 years in a similar role (Experience in overseeing operation, strategy development & planning, leadership management)
    - Candidate from similar field/ job knowledge of game development will be an added advantage.
    - Good command of English & must able to speak mandarin.
    - Able to travel outbound/ irregular working hours as and required.
    - Able to read & analyze business agreements in ensuring regulatory compliance
