  • Job Description

    【Duties and Responsibilities:】

    • To overall in-charge of Contracts Department.
    • To evaluate risks of tender conditions on contractual and costing matters for discussion.
    • Responsible in Tendering new projects and coordinating of all contracts tendering matters.
    • Responsible for evaluating and meeting the submission requirements for projects tendered.
    • To manage all projects on contract administration in relation to Letter Of Award, disputes with clients/subcontractors/ suppliers, application of extension of time (EOT).
    • To comply with client and applicable legal and other requirements.
    • To undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as instructed by the superior.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Education Background : At least Bachelor’s Degree or Master in Quantity Surveying/Contracts Management (MUST)
    - Experience : At least 7-8 years of working experience as Quantity Surveyor in construction industry (preferably building, factory, warehouse) and MNC company.
    - Contracts Manager experience will be added advantage (most preferred)
    - Require Skill : Ability to study taking off quantities, Bill of Quantity (BQ) and Contracts.
    - Strong management skills in dealing with consultants, architects, and contractors.
    - Experience in handling dispute case is an added advantage.
    - Experience in tendering & presentation of project is added advantage.
    - Excellent command of spoken and written English.
