    -Performing valuations for businesses for mergers and acquisitions and financial
    reporting.
    -Support in proposing and structuring the optimal transaction method for executing
    M&A.
    -Research, collect, analyze data, and develop pitch books related client materials.
    -Support day to day transactions, executions, negotiations and client liaisons.
    -Creation, organization, accumulation, and sharing of our company’s M&A knowledge
    and expertise.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    -Academic background preferably with a professional qualification in　accounting/finance
    -Analytical, problem solving and presentation/report writing skills, combined with a　good understanding of business dynamics and commercial value drivers.
    -over 1 years experience in accounting firms or M&A consulting firms
