    Job Responsibilities
    - Work on-site
    - To monitor daily productivity and quality of output by operator
    - To arrange operator daily job
    - To support operator output are meeting daily target
    - To plan operator multi skill training plan and conduct training accordingly
    - Layout arrangement , trouble shoot machine whenever necessary
    - To identify issue in efficiency, repair and suggest for improvements
    - To production schedule and man power allocation
    - To obtain and record data for daily output and analyze of defect product
    - To Prepare manuals for operator

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    <Must>
    - Education Background: Degree or Diploma
    - Interest in electrical component manufacturing and its process improvement.（Fresh grads are welcomed)
    - Live in nearby the company (within 30mins by car, Shah Alam, Klang, Port Klang Area only)
